A flamboyant person who was adamant about her determination to be an artist, and pursued the goals she had set. She did not achieve success at the beginning and faced a number of obstacles before receiving her first major break. A lot of her tracks were rejected before she got hired by 'Capitol records. Her next album, 'One for the Boys' was to be a huge hit and marked a pivotal moment for her music career. She had become professional and has never looked back after. Her second album, "Teenage Dreams' won the hearts of millions of music enthusiasts and went on to become one of the bestselling albums of all time. The album set records in numerous ways and established Katy Perry's status as a prominent musician. Perry's charitable work isn't solely attributed to her role as a artist and songwriter however, she is also known for the many albums she's made. Additionally, she is an activist that promotes equality for gay people.
