Angela Sun, an American journalist and television sportscaster in addition to documentary film maker. Angela Sun is a multi-award winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She earned a bachelor's Degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. After taking part in a handful of pro-am surfer events, she was sponsored by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and other big brands. The recognition she received from these surfing events was like rocket fuel which prompted her to enter the world of entertainment. Later she worked as an journalist, actress, sportscaster filmmaker, journalist and reporter. Sun is an anchor, who worked for many different news channels. In 2003, Sun was the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 along with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute in the year 2014. She was the first Asian American personality to appear on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun is a well-known actress who has been featured in a variety of movies. Sun has been in a variety of movies, such as Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). Sun She wrote and directed the documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch on ocean plastic pollution and its effects on the environment in 2014, released the feature-length film.
