LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on 30th December 1984, is an American professional basket ball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James is widely regarded as one of the top basketball players. He is often called Michael Jordan when discussing the most famous player. James has been awarded four NBA championships, four NBA MVP award and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James scored more points during the playoffs, has had the second highest number of career points, and ranks seventh among career assists. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was chosen as a member of the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He has been a part of more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most of all time. This includes eight straight between 2011 and 2018. James was selected to be a member of the NHL75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022, he became the first NBA player ever to score at least 10,000 points in a career. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron in Ohio. He was hailed by national media as the next NBA super star. To prepare for the pro game, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the number one overall pick in the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie. He soon was one of the league's best players and was awarded the NBA MVP title in both the years 2009 and 2010. He was unable to secure a championship with Cleveland James left in 2010 by way of a free-agent to be a part of with the Miami Heat this was announced in the television special The Decision and is among the most controversial free-agent choices throughout sports history.
