LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30 1984) was an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James, he's widely considered to be the most successful basketball player ever and is often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James holds four NBA championships. There are four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. and two Olympic golds. James is the NBA All-Star with the most playoff points, the second-highest point total, and seventh-highest assists total in his career. In addition to being an NBA All-Star, James was selected to the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He's played in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between the years of 2011 and 2018. James was chosen to join the 75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022 he became first NBA player ever to score 10,000 or higher career points. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School near his hometown of Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hypnotized by the media. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was selected as the highest selection of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. In 2004 he was named NBA Rookie. Then, he quickly established himself as one of the top league athletes, winning the NBA MVP award in 2009 & 2010. James, who failed to take home the title at Cleveland in 2010 quit as a free-agent and joined his team the Miami Heat. This was revealed as part of The Decision. It is one of the most controversial decisions taken by a free agent in sports the history of sports.
